Brian C. Cruse

Brian Cruse is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning, Business Succession and Probate Group; Business, Transactional, Securities and Corporate Group; Regulated Products Group; and the Entertainment and Sports Group. Brian joined the firm in 2011 after more than twenty years of general practice in a small firm setting where he gained experience in a diverse range of legal matters. While working there, he also developed an expertise in liquor permit law. Mr. Cruse has maintained a Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent AV rating since 2004.

Brian is a life-long resident of the Cleveland area and currently lives in Bay Village with his wife, and together they have two grown children. He enjoys martial arts training, boating and almost any outdoor activity.
