Connie serves a diverse base of clients ranging from first time entrepreneurs to large corporations with services related to real estate, banking, construction, acquisitions and more. She is adept at assisting both borrowers and lenders with commercial loans, acquisition and mortgage financing, complex business transactions and securities compliance. She’s particularly skilled in navigating the laws and regulations governing real estate development and financing. Connie is known for her ability to handle very complex cases involving numerous stakeholders from the public and private sectors. Connie is also actively involved with community revitalization and economic development. She was a candidate for Lorain County Commissioner and served for 12 years on the board of directors for the Lorain Port Authority, where she was actively involved in economic development projects. Connie currently serves as the Chair of Board of Trustees and on the Executive Committee of the MercyHealth Foundation of Lorain and as a business advisor to the Cedarville University School of Business Administration.

Connie is an avid cyclist who also sits on the board of Fast Track Cycling, a Cleveland-based nonprofit that operates a velodrome in Slavic Village. She has also served on the host committee for the American Cancer Society’s Harvesting Hope Gala (2014-2019).
