Connie serves a diverse base of clients ranging from first time entrepreneurs to large corporations with services related to real estate, banking, construction, acquisitions and more. She is adept at assisting both borrowers and lenders with commercial loans, acquisition and mortgage financing, complex business transactions and securities compliance. She’s particularly skilled in navigating the laws and regulations governing real estate development and financing. Connie is one of Northeast Ohio’s leading real estate attorneys.
Connie is known for her ability to handle very complex cases involving numerous stakeholders from the public and private sectors. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, she’s a pragmatist who always provides big picture context for even the most minute legal matters, resulting in successful outcomes for clients that don’t break their budgets.
Connie is also actively involved with community revitalization and economic development. She was a candidate for Lorain County Commissioner and currently serves as vice chairman of the board of directors for the Lorain Port Authority, where she is actively involved in economic development projects. Connie is an avid cyclist who sits on the board of Fast Track Cycling, a Cleveland-based nonprofit that operates a velodrome in Slavic Village. She also recently joined the board of the MercyHealth Foundation of Lorain.
