Clare Moran is an associate at Seeley, Savidge, Ebert & Gourash Co., LPA. Clare is a member of our Commercial Litigation group, Tort Defense and Product Liability group and our Criminal Defense group.

Clare is a skilled litigator with a background in complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Clare has a wide range of experience representing clients in state and federal courts. Clare has spent her career tirelessly representing her clients and helping them achieve favorable results.

Prior to joining SSEG, Clare was a member of one of Cleveland’s most highly regarded white-collar criminal defense firms.

Clare has served as a judge for the Dunmore Moot Court Competition at Case Western Reserve University and for the National Moot Court Competition. She has served as a volunteer at the Pro Bono Legal Clinic at Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. Clare has been a contributor to the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Women in Law Bar Journal and was a Speaker at the Federal Bar Association Program: “Do I Need An(other) Attorney? Criminal Issues for Civil Lawyers”. Clare also successfully completed the NACDL White Collar Criminal Defense College at Stetson University in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Clare is a life-long Clevelander. She attended Beaumont School, John Carroll University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Clare lives in Rocky River with her husband and two children. When she is not working, she enjoys coaching youth soccer and volunteering at St. Christopher School.
