Tyler adds his expertise in asset and commercial real estate acquisitions to our already strong Business and Real Estate Practice Areas. Tyler’s additional experience includes entity formation and governance, debt collection, employment agreements, defending automotive and contract disputes, and finance compliance.

Tyler’s background and experience combine to give him a unique perspective on the challenges facing today’s businesses. Tyler counsels his clients with these challenges in mind and takes a practical approach to addressing a client’s needs.

Tyler received his BA from Miami University and his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
