Diana G. Nassar
SSEG is pleased to announce Attorney Diana Nassar has joined the firm!
Diana is joining SSEG as an associate and a member of the firm’s Business, Transactional, Securities and Corporate; Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use; and Human Resources, Labor, Employment and Immigration practice groups. She will be working closely with the firm’s business attorneys to advise clients on everything from formation, governance, and succession to acquisition and compliance.
Diana received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, an L.L.M in U.S. and Global Legal Studies, with honors, from Case Western Reserve University School of law, and her law degree from the Lebanese University, faculty of law, political and administrative Sciences, in Beirut, Lebanon.
She is fluent in Arabic and French.
