Mark brings over 35 years of experience in estate planning, long term care and wealth preservation adding depth to our already strong Probate and Estate Planning Practice Areas.
Mark is licensed in Ohio and Florida, and focuses his practice on estate planning, including income tax, gift tax, estate tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax. He is intimately familiar with every facet of charitable, family and business succession planning; probate estate and trust administration; drafting of wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney and associated documents, elder law, Medicaid eligibility, and real estate.
