Mark N. Musial

Mr. Musial is a member of the Estate Planning and Probate Practice Area. He is licensed to practice in both Florida and Ohio and has over 35 years of experience in estate planning, long-term care planning, and wealth preservation.

Mark focuses his practice in the following areas.

• Estate planning, including income tax, gift tax, estate tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax
• Charitable and planned giving
• Family and business succession planning
• Estate administration; drafting of wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney and associated documents
• Elder law and probate law
• Real estate

Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Miami University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School (graduating with the Order of the Curia, an academic honors society).

Mark is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Florida State Bar Association (including membership in each Association’s respective Probate and Estate Planning Section), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and other related organizations.
He has been a frequent lecturer on long-term care planning, Medicaid, trust and probate administration, and estate planning topics for Continuing Legal Education, professional organizations, clubs, and schools. He is a co-author of Avoiding Probate in Ohio and Ohio Estate Planning.

Mr. Musial has been an active member of many community, church, and charitable organizations, including the Vermilion Rotary Club and the North Olmsted Foundation.
